2015 Volkswagen Passat Tires

I learned my lesson! Don't buy inexpensive tires, four for only $265, and expect quality! These tires were IMPOSSIBLE to balance. After $108 for initial install and spin balance, a second spin balance from the original installer, an $80 spin balance investment from a separate tire and service center, and a final ROAD FORCE balancing at yet another reputable service center, these tires simple could not be balanced in order to provide even a hint of a smooth ride. I ultimately aborted keeping these tires on my vehicle, and I'm now out $553. New Cooper ProControl tires bought at a long-time reputable tire dealer solved the issue immediately. While the Thunderer tires were junk, SimpleTire was GREAT! I submitted a warranty claim on what I thought was one of four bad tires. That claim was managed quickly and efficiently. I new tire arrived within 4-5 days at $0 cost. I will likely return to SimpleTire in the future, but never Thunderer tires.

I have had other Nokian tires in the past so I know how good they are. The one tires drive very smooth and corner great in wet and dry conditions. I have yet to drive them in the winter and our winters are more rain and slush than real snow lately. But if they are anything like other Nokian tires I have had they will do great in the winter. I highly recommend these tires.

Very smooth and quite tires. Was advised due to directional tread might be noisy. Quite the contrary. Great grip especially in heavy rain. Since I drive in the southeast never felt safer in bad conditions even on wet interstates. Highly recommend and great looking tires which numerous people have commented on.
