SimpleTire’s view on Venom Power Terra Hunter X/T tires
Chinese tire brands appear to be on a growth spree all over the world, and Venom Power seems to indicate the reason. However, the growth stoyy is not without reasons- Terra Hunter X/T offers tremendous traction and toughness for all-terrain vehicles. Buyers are happy with the ruggedness and the 50,000 mile warranty offered with this tire. You cannot use them for heavy snow as these are not Three Peak Mountain Snowflakes Certified, but dry and wet traction more than make up for it. Been looking for a rugged tire that compliments my truck- great purchase.
Twice satisfied. They look well and perform amazing. The price is great. We highly recommend these tires.
Haven't been through a new england winter with them yet but I think they'll do great based on lighter snow I've driven through with them
I really like the tires. I can go through water and not hydroplane.
I've had these tires for about 40,000 miles and they still have plenty of life left. When I need new ones I will be getting these again!
Everything from HARD offroading to daily hot asphalt to flooding to ice and snow, these tires do not care. They will never give up. They maintain traction at all costs. You have to FLOOR it while steering locked left or right to get these to lose traction. I'm 15-20k miles deep into these tires and they haven't shown ANY wear yet. I don't understand these tires.
Had them mounted a couple days ago. These are ridiculously loud on a 2014 f150. I've had MT's that were quieter. Also above 50mpg there's a 'chirp' mechanics said it was because of the tires and might go away. I sure hope so otherwise there goes another $700. Recommend buying a good name brand tires, not these.
