I added a set of 265/70/r17 Toyo RT Trails on my wife's 2017 4runner along with a cheap 1 1/2" level I found on Amazon, looks great rides great and she loves them!!!

You get what you pay for!

It's amazing how a set of tires can change the attitude of a vehicle. Went from A/T to these R/Ts. Love these tires. Very aggressive looking. Perform well off road. Not noisy. Not silent either. Smooth ride. And the with the Simpletire warranty I can feel better knowing if something happens to these, they have my back.

Great tire

I put these on a Nissan Titan and they have been excellent so far. It might be my go to tire for this truck. Wet traction has been perfect. Off road use is all positive as well. The looks of them are fantastic. Noise is low for this style tire. Its just a gentle hum. They balance easily so no issues there. You really can't go wrong here. I can't comment to ware yet but we shall see.

Rugged-terrain tires, such as the Toyo Open Country R/T Trail, are designed for drivers who desire to combine extreme off-road performance with on-road traction and comfort in a single tire. Extra-thick shoulder and sidewall lugs on the Toyo Open Country R/T Trail offer better grip and protection from cuts, impacts, and punctures. In addition to improving wet braking and handling performance, its optimized tread pattern with large blocks improves off-road durability and traction, and two-wide circumferential grooves keep water out of the tread, reducing the risk of hydroplaning and increasing wet traction. While the staggered scalloped shoulder blocks provide increased digging force in the sand, mud, and uneven surfaces, its three variable pitch pattern lowers noise and enhances ride comfort. In addition, the Toyo Open Country R/T Trail has broad lateral zigzag grooves with stone ejectors to prevent stone drilling and promote self cleaning for consistent traction.
