They act like average tires. Can't really say if there noisy or not because my vehicles exhaust is really loud. As far as a smooth ride, my vehicle is lowered so it always has a little rough ride. Tread wear is about average I suppose. The only thing I can positively say is that the belts may tend to shift in them. I had to replace one tire with only 13,000 miles on it because of that. Maybe it was just a rare defect that just so happen to me. Other than that, as I've said, they seem like any other tire.
